A pilot starts with a site assessment and agreed scope, followed by installation in selected rooms or zones, commissioning, team handover and measurement of the agreed indicators. Hotel pilots are typically designed around a 60–90 day evaluation period.

We record a baseline, then compare consumption after deployment under the agreed operating conditions. Reporting can be organised by room, zone, circuit or device, so results are based on your site rather than a fixed headline percentage.
